Doppio is looking for a Marketing Lead
Doppio is a conversational game company that focuses on the power of voice as an interface. We build cross-platform games, currently targeting the Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant platforms.
We have raised a round of funding in July 2019, and our investors include both Amazon and Google, Portuguese funds such as Portugal Ventures and Busy Angels, and leading gaming angel investors such as Lasse Seppänen (Supercell), Alexis Bonte (Stillfront & Atomico) and David Helgason (Unity).
As the Marketing Lead in our small team, your role is to:
Help us refine and communicate what we should be about as a company
Help us make the right games from concept to development to launch to live service
Help us attract and engage the right players
In this role, you will:
Lead the discussion with the team to build consensus around what the value proposition of our brand/games is for players
Research, understand and talk to our players
Communicate with our players by working with the team on key interactions with users and work with external partners to build all the necessary assets
Drive inbound traffic strategy. This could be SEO, paid search, PR, traditional advertising, etc. Write the plan and execute. Manage any consultants for these tasks as applicable.
Track key metrics in the customer funnel from visits down to your final goal (purchase, engagement, referral). Summarize and lead weekly meetings on metrics for the team
Increase conversions wherever needed through the funnel, i.e. increase visits to sign-up.
Overall, be scrappy. Do whatever you can to build audience and convert them through the funnel.
The following technical skills are desirable for this role:
Experience working with major commercial analytics platforms (e.g. DeltaDNA, Amplitude, Splunk, etc.)
Experience working with a development team to design, implement, and validate key metrics tracking
Experience with working with data extracted from MongoDB and AWS DynamoDB databases
This role is for our Lisbon office.
