COLIVING BUILDING
Startup Lisboa, managing entity of Hub Criativo do Beato (HCB), is looking for proposals for the area of coliving (shared residential housing) of the space and opens the selection process to find the operator / promoter presenting the best project.
The space for the tender is a historic building of the former Military Maintenance, with an area of about 4,200 m2, called the “Edifício do Relógio/Antigo Convento”, where the incubator intends to install a shared housing project for temporary short-term use or medium duration, not opened to touristic purposes or local accommodation.
The proposal may include accommodation units with different typologies and areas with the characteristics and equipment necessary for the common use of the residents, as well as the provision of ancillary or related services to support a community of innovation and creativity.
THE TENDER
The space concession determines that the investment of requalification, implementation and management of the spaces is under the total responsibility of the promoter, and the eligible investment will be amortized in the monthly income. The utilization loan lasts for 20 years, automatically renewing for a period of 5 years up to a maximum of 30 years. The goal for the chosen operator / promoter project is to be operational by the end of 2020.
The tender is divided into several phases:
Anyone wishing to submit a proposal, should formalize a statement of interest until June 30, and then, submit proposal until 6PM of September 23, of 2019.
After the proposal submission period, a first evaluation of the applications is made, based on the adequacy and fulfillment of the previously established selection criteria;
The best proposals will be called to make a face-to-face presentation to the jury. The jury will be composed by:

After the pitch session, the winning proposal will be selected, and then, negotiated.
