Sales Development Representative - Prodsmart

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and to be part of that ambition.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for creating, identifying, and qualifying new sales opportunities for our Sales Executives. Your focus will be mostly on increasing our reach and presence in international markets, US and UK.
You will be the very first point of contact a potential customer will have with Prodsmart and we expect you to feed our sales efforts through ongoing lead generation and pipeline development.
We’ll provide guidance and training but we require you to be able to work independently and be self-organized. You will have a very high level of responsibility and autonomy to get your work done.
This role represents a great personal growth opportunity. You will have a chance to learn and develop skills on B2B marketing and sales. We also expect you to grow to more senior positions as you gain experience and achieve higher levels of performance.
Location: We expect you to be based or willing to relocate to Lisbon for the role.
.Annual total base salary between € 17000 and € 21000 + up to € 10000 On Target Earnings.

These are the kind of tasks we expect from you:
.Identifying high-potential customers using different types of media (contact lists, social media, internet, etc);
.Performing outbound sales activities (mostly through e-mail, phone and LinkedIn);
.Qualifying customers based on a thorough knowledge of Prodsmart products and services;
.Adding and updating customer details in our CRM system;
.Reliably passing high-quality qualified leads to our Sales Executives;
.Supporting the creation and development e-mail marketing campaigns;
.Testing, measuring and improving your own work effectiveness;
About you (Skills & Experience)
If you want to excel at this role we expect you to have:
.Excellent listening, verbal and written skills;
.Willingness and ease to talk on the phone (you’ll be constantly on the phone, usually between 2 to 4 hours / day);
.Highly focused with a goal oriented mindset;
.Autonomy and ability to make things happen without supervision or tight control;
.Interest in following a career in Sales;
.Ability to speak English fluently (disqualifying criteria)
As for experience we prefer attitude, competence and willingness over credentials. However, if you have any of the following, they can be beneficial:
.Lead generation and / or sales experience in B2B environments, especially in software industry;
.Call Center experience;
.University degree (BsC) in Industrial Engineering, Marketing or Business Management;
